I. Company's Basic Situation:
RIECHE was founded in 2011, mainly produces furniture sliding roller and fitting, and door&window hardware accessories. Our products are sold worldwide including the Europe and America market and we are recognized for our commitment to quality, service and world competitive price. With the company's development, we spent 160 million RMB to build a large-scale modern manufacturing base in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province in 2013. The base covers an area of approximately 31,000 square meters, construction area of 40,000 square meters, and is divided into two plants to produce bearings and rollers&fittings. Our company now exists 250 workers, including 55 administrative staffs, 10 salesmen, 5 engineers, 10 technical staff and 5 R&D personnel. The monthly output 2,000,000 pcs rollers and 100,000 whole sets of assembled products.
II. Manufacturing and Testing Equipment
Our company owns many professional manufacturing and testing equipment including modern assemble line of sliding door hardware system, plastic injection machine, CNC turning machine, riveting machine, argon arc welding, projector, profile meter, roundness meter.
III. Enterprise Administration
The company has established a modern management system with an advanced technology and management team in domestic machinery manufacturing field. Our products has stable and reliable quality by "6S" management and ERP management system. With the company's development, we are preparing for ISO14000 environmental management and TS16949 system management, so that all products comply with ROHS environmental requirements. The new factory is one of a handful of private enterprises producing rollers and fittings of furniture and doors&windows with modern scientific management.

1. Manufacture products based on customer requirements
The company now has a lot of life testing equipment, such as bearing axial load life testing, salt spray testing, bearing radial load testing, roller and special bearing radial load testing, tension testing, high temperature testing, sliding door hardware system testing,etc. We also can invent related life testing equipment according to customer requirements. After a lot of testing, we will provide relevant technical parameters based on the testing experience and customer's requirements, to solve some difficult problems with customers together. The efficiency of new products development and the quality of old products are improved greatly.
2. Design innovation
The company now has the most professional technical and design team, committed to product innovation and research. We will launch a series of products applied to automatic, inductive, ultra-quiet and heavy load sliding doors successively, in order to meet the market requirements for environmental protection, aesthetic and intelligence.
4.Application and research of plastic materials
Company hired chemical specialists from university, combined with the operating requirements of products, to research plastic raw materials together. After mass life testing and summarizing, we have a good grasp of the important technical indicators about the plastic materials selection under different requirements and the function of the corresponding plastic additives for extending life and reducing noise.
